In the mid-1990s, our company’s founder met his future wife while attending the University of Arizona. Their paths often crossed near the classrooms, restaurants, and gathering places surrounding the university’s front entrance—an area known to students simply as The Main Gate. Years later, that place would inspire not only the name of our firm, but also our logo, which incorporates the university’s iconic Main Gate.

Decades later, after a career in financial services with some of the industry’s largest firms, Main Gate Asset Management was established with a different vision: greater independence over the advice we provide, the investments we select, and the level of service we deliver.

Today, Main Gate is a boutique financial services firm serving a small, select group of clients across the country. Our work can range from sophisticated investment and tax-planning strategies to helping families thoughtfully distribute and transition the wealth they have accumulated over a lifetime.

We believe exceptional financial advice begins with understanding the individual. That means knowing more than a client’s portfolio. We take the time to understand their family, their priorities, their concerns, and what they ultimately want their wealth to accomplish.
